🧾 Order Returns & Eligibility

At DEHA Nutrition, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.
Hence, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

1. You received a damaged or defective product.
2. You received a wrong item.
3. Your order was incomplete or missing items.

To be eligible for a return:

1. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
3. Proof of damage (clear photo or video) must be shared with our support team.

🚚 Return Process

1. Email us at dehanutrition.health@gmail.com with your order number and issue details.
2. Attach clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
3. Our team will verify and approve your return request within 2–3 working days.
4. Once approved, we will arrange reverse pickup or request you to ship the product to our return address.
5. On receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll process your replacement or refund.

💸 Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

1. Refunds are initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
3. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong or damaged product.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

1. Opened or used products
2. Products without original packaging or invoice
3. Items purchased during promotions, flash sales, or giveaways

Please ensure you check ingredients and consult your physician before use if you have allergies or health conditions.

📦 Cancellation Policy

1. Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.
2. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
